On December 11, 2024, HashKey Exchange, the largest licensed virtual asset exchange in Hong Kong, reached a strategic partnership with Virtual Seed Global Asset Management Limited (VSG) to jointly promote the Victory VSG Virtual Asset Multi Strategy Fund (fund code: BRT103， This will be the first virtual asset multi strategy fund in Hong Kong to accept stablecoin deposits for its future development.



This fund can provide its clients with trading services for dozens of virtual assets including BTC, ETH, etc. through Victory Securities and HashKey Pro, an institutional level professional comprehensive service provided by HashKey Exchange. It can also complete the custody, trading, and clearing of user assets on HashKey Exchange through professional level Omnibus solutions and financial APIs, achieving professional and reliable virtual asset trading functions.

As the first virtual asset multi strategy fund in Hong Kong to accept stablecoin deposits, investors can not only apply for fund redemption through Hong Kong dollars and US dollars, but also use USDT and USDC. After redemption, all fund transactions will be conducted on HashKey Exchange. The fund will focus on investing in virtual assets, including the top 30 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, using multiple investment strategies to ensure compliance and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The fund was registered with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in Hong Kong on October 8th and was publicly announced on the SFC website on November 2nd.
